Xtend Barre have created an incredible Xtend Barre Stick repertoire that utilizes the PilatesStick apparatus and spring based resistance attached to the Xtend ballet barre. The workout, like Xtend Barre, is comprised of a cardio warm-up, an upper-body segment, lower-body segment, and abdominal focus. The workout draws upon the Xtend Barre fundamentals, chiseling every angle of the body in an intense cardio sculpting workout, but with the spring based resistance, the Xtend Barre stick class adds the challenge of Pilates stability, cardio conditioning, and core training.
