Private Lessons / $75 ($700 x 10) or ($350 x 5)
A one-on-one private session. By appointment only at a mutually convenient time. These lessons can be either Pilates or Xtend Barre.
Semi-Private Studio Sessions / $33 ($300 x 10)
Specifically chosen exercises for remedial, rehabilitation, return to exercise, injury prevention or for a challenging and invigorating workout using Pilates apparatus, mat and ball – we write a program just for you. These sessions are perfect for people with disc issues, osteoporosis, sciatica, etc. Maximum 3 people.
Beginners Package / $200
For people who would prefer a private one-on-one introduction lesson where the instructors focus is totally on you. Consisting of three lessons to teach the fundamentals (engaging the deep abdominals, correct spinal alignment, breathing) and basic movements. After these three initial lessons you can decide whether to continue with private tuition or join a mat class or semi-private sessions.
Beginners Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
For anyone new to Pilates these classes are an introduction to all pre-pilates repertoire including correct engagement of the deep abdominals, spinal alignment and the breath. These classes are for beginners with little or no prior pilates experience. Mat class participants must be injury free with no spinal condition i.e. no disc issues or osteoporosis. Maximum 12 people.
Level 1 Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
A class focusing on fundamentals, technique and pre-pilates repertoire. These classes are ideal for people who have attended Beginners Classes/Package, the more mature-aged client, or an experienced individual who wants to revisit the fundamentals or maybe you have had a break and are starting over. Mat class participants must be injury free with no spinal condition i.e. no disc issues or osteoporosis. Maximum 12 people
Level 2 Mat Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
The class is suitable for experienced Pilatistas to advanced students. Level 2 Mat class participants must be injury free with no spinal condition i.e. no disc issues or osteoporosis and have previous pilates experience or have attended Level 1 mat class. Maximum 12 people.
Stretch Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
Starting from the feet we work our way up the body stretching and releasing tension in the muscles. The class teaches safe stretching techniques. Every body is different and class is designed to be modified to suit everyone. The benefits of stretching are reduced back pain and stress, increased flexibility, circulation and range of movement. Maximum 12 people.
Pre Natal Pilates Semi Private Sessions / $33 ($300 x 10)
The studio offers semi-private studio sessions for expectant mothers. Each session will focus on the individuals needs, including safe and beneficial exercises for pregnant women. The sessions include breathing and releasing techniques, exercises appropriate for the different trimesters of pregnancy and beyond with attention to the "pregnancy posture". Attendees must have a doctor's approval to exercise. Please call the studio if you need any further information in this regard.
Xtend Barre™ Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
Xtend Barre is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body-and fast! The class consists of a warm-up, segments of upper body work, barre and floor work, with stretching throughout. Different props such as balls, stretch bands, yoga straps and dumbells are used in the classes. Previous Pilates experience is not necessary but would be helpful. You must be injury free to attend this class. Maximum 12 people.
Xtend Barre™ Stick Class / $16.50 ($150 x 10)
Xtend Barre have created an incredible Xtend Barre Stick repertoire that utilises the PilatesStick apparatus and spring based resistance attached to the ballet barre. The workout, like Xtend Barre, is comprised of a cardio warm-up, an upper-body segment, lower-body segment, and abdominal focus. The workout draws upon the Xtend Barre fundamentals, chiseling every angle of the body in an intense cardio sculpting workout, but with the spring based resistance, the Xtend Barre stick class adds the challenge of Pilates stability, cardio conditioning, and core training. You must be injury free to attend this class. Max 8 people.
